APPOINTMENT POLICY & FEES

Appointments

We make every effort to schedule appointments for your convenience.  To help us maintain an on-time schedule, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel an appointment, please give our staff 24 hours notice so that we can offer the time slot to another patient.  We  generally book anxious patients with extra time to give our staff  more time to spend with each patient on an individual basis.

Confirmation / Cancellation Policy

Please confirm your appointment, by phone or email, at least one business day before the appointment.  If an emergency should arise, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.

Payment Options

To help keep dental fees as affordable as possible, we do not bill or extend credit. Full payment will need to be made at the end of each visit, for services rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  We also offer an in-house financing program provided through CareCredit.

Insurance

Stockbridge Dental accepts a wide range of dental insurance programs.  Your co-pay or deductible is due at each visit.

 

*Please note that all doctors do not accept all policies. You will need to confirm your insurance acceptance when you make your appointment. If you have a change in your insurance, please notify our office at least 24 hours before your appointment.
