What to Expect

Initial Oral Examination

Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It will also help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on our website.

Insurance & Billing

We work with most insurance plans that allow patients to choose their own providers. Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement. Even if our office is out of network, it is quite possible that our fees are the same as offices that are with the network. We will be happy to assist in understanding your benefits.

Payment Options

To help keep dental fees as affordable as possible, we do not bill or extend credit. Full payment will need to be made at the end of each visit for services rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

We also offer an in-house Annual Dental Wellness Plan for adults and children. There is an annual fee, which must be paid before the first appointment. Plans include a comprehensive new patient exam, necessary x-rays, 2 regular cleanings, periodic 6 month exam, oral cancer screening, periodontal evaluation, oral hygiene instructions and Fluoride treatment for children under the age of 12. We also accept CareCredit, which is a credit card designed to help you finance your health, beauty and wellness expenses by providing a way to pay for the treatments and procedures you want — for yourself and your family — right away (subject to credit approval).  Apply Now
